Shakespeare LIVES in the 21st CenturyStudent Directions Project Objectives: Students will create a multimedia project illustrating how one of William Shakespeare's works is still relevant in the 21st century -- 2nd and 3rd periods use A Midsummer Night's Dream and 4th and 5th periods use The Taming of the Shrew.

*Initial Relevancy Research Results:Wall Wishers posting of students' research for online evidence supporting the argument that Shakespeare's works (any of them) continue to be relevant today are due (00/00/2011). *Project Passage Selection - once project pairs are identified, students begin reading assigned play (The Taming of the Shrew or A Midsummer Night's Dream). Student are to identify a passage from the play to use in their project and may select any time during their reading of the play up until the scheduled last day of reading ().
*Final Project Posting - student projects are to posted on the class website or emailed to me no later than 00/00/2011. <<<<===FINAL DUE DATE LOOK HERE
Possible Project Formats: Glog, Video, Voki, Extranormal, Prezi, or other digital tool approved by the instructor. The media must have some sort of digital visual element and must argue the 21st century relevancy of a specific element of the class' Shakespearean play.
